(Repost) Buying ebooks from US Google Play/Amazon outside of US via proxy

Basically I was trying to buy some manga off a publisher called YenPress which has several series I want and are released/translated, saves me waiting.

But, when trying to purchase, (logged in from my UK account) the buy button disappears...

I was wondering if I can do it via a proxy/vpn ? But I'm concerned about the content after buying, i.e. would it notice a split/divide in my country and bar me access from certain things, etc?

you could in theory use an emulator on the computer to make the purchases, I use Andy android emulator, Im betting you can pretty easily set it up to spoof something and then buy from there and have it sync to a UK

Someone at work mentioned ZenMate to me that changes my IP to appear as if I'm American, I guess you mean something like that. Andy Android emulate seems a bit over the top but somehow I prefer it over putting my details over a proxy, if there's even a difference. I'll give both a try then, thanks!
