Kind of weird only having dubbed as an option for watching a new anime, but still really enjoyed this first episode. Pretty great how much this feels exactly like the old series even though the gap in time between the two is quite large lol.

That was one hell of a dream sequence to start off the series. I already love Hidomi.^^

I really liked the sketchy art at the beginning of that episode.

I feel like Progressive is a bust. Even if it has a spectacular finale episode it's not going to save it. I said before that it wouldn't live up to the magic of the original and it hasn't in my opinion. The very beginning started out epic and I was like, "Wow, this is going to live up to the hype." But after that it has been just meh. I mean I get it. I understand why Hidomi wears the headphones and wants to shut out the world. Most teenagers go through that stage in some point in their lives. Some other points in the story are pretty obvious. (the end credits really spoil it for you >.>) Don't get me wrong I don't think it's completely terrible it has had it's moments. Like I said before though it's just fair.
