My only experience with LBR, should I not be confusing them with someone else (maybe PDR? I remember "radio" was part of it) was them going on a tangent about how XI was a million times better for -insert flawed xi mechanics here-, and how XIV was crap in comparison

and like, no -- ok, XI had its goods, but there's a lot of nostalgia-goggling whenever someone compares the two, as was the case here; XIV does have its own merits, and they would just flat out not recognize that

just reminds me why I dislike using twitter for anything that merits an opinion

sticking strictly to retweeting music and funny shit

I never got why people were so willing to donate money to someone they've never met? Like, I get asking your friends for help and sorting things out later... but total strangers on the internet? s:

i've tossed a few bucks at people i've never met. usually someone i know at least a little making a post saying "hey my friend needs an operation/house burned down/whatever and is strugglin, anything you can do helps"

partly because ive been there. partly because i had the money to spare at the time, and it's nice to help out.
