I think most people just don't think of the vampire guy as a super hero in the same vein as the avengers or x-men or justice league. Doubt most people even realize Blade is Marvel.

It's more because Blade doesn't fit in as much. I mean, Marvel made fucking Jubilee a vampire. They ruined any semblance of vampires in the MCU. Maybe they can carry Michael Mobius through a film and introduce Blade that way.
