Deadpool 2 has a cameo from the first class iteration of the xmen so yes. All the changes are just to be ignored. Like Trask being a black man but then turning into a white midget.

The DP2 cameo has them aged from the 70s in 2018 lol. That sounds more like a joke than proof that its the same timeline. What about Juggernaut being completely different lol.

Even DP1 pokes fun at the timeline when Colossus goes to drag deadpool back to the professor and he asks if it's McAvoy or Stewart as he can't keep the timelines straight.
