Yeah that seems a little excessive.
I don't even use any AV on my main Windows 10 box. Maybe I should think about getting one ... no problems in the last year though, so idk.

Can't figure this out.
Going to be doing a LOT of data work from home today and I can't afford to have this thing go tits up for any reason.
I don't think it's THAT severe. Just kinda odd.
Any of you guys been able to or know if its possible to transfer a windows 7 oem key that was upgradd to windows 10 to another pc?
I installed on a new SSD with a windows 7 oem key then upgraded to 10. If that helps.
Kinda looking myself. Rather than Spybot I've gone with Malwarebyes Anti-Malware for malware/exploit needs. Found a pretty good deal on the premium while searching too, normally $24.95 a year for 1 PC, discount drops it to $19.96 for 3 PCs. Not sure when it expires.
Two more restarts and it's gone.
Weird.
I've used nothing but free malwarebyes over the last four years and have had zero issues. This is with W7 Ultimate. Anything W10 related, I know nothing. Debating if I should finally install it.
Any suggestions for a low- to mid-level gaming keyboard and mouse? Want to pick something up with a few extra features but nothing too extravagant.
Seconded.
Anything across any OS is pretty much the same in terms of keeping your information safe. I've only had one problem on W10 and that was because of my own stupidity when trying to download a mod for DMC I unpacked it and it was an install apk rather a folder and I just clicked it hastfully and got up to do my thing and it ran itself and when I came back I just performed a back up and haven't had a problem since.
Honestly common sense is the best line of defense if I wasn't in a rush to do something it probably wouldn't have even happened.
Yeah, so command center and the other MSI software is using like 20+% of CPU power all the time. I'm idling around 40% on a brand new 6600k
Hopefully you see this before it's expired. Mechanical 10-keyless blues for $30. Use coupon code B26BXZG7 at checkout. For $30, anyone who doesn't have a mechanical should jump on this unless you're cool with spending more for Corsair, Ducky, etc or you want 10 key.

Thank you, ordered and will give it a try! I just missed the cut-off for free Friday delivery but I'll survive.
Quick edit:
Part of the problem is I don't know how much you have to spend for any sort of quality. I was thinking stuff in the $30-40 range would be "better enough" compared to run-of-the-mill hardware, I'm certainly not in a position to spend $70-$90 on stuff right now.
I'm also going to start looking for a set of headphones as the padding on mine just started to disintegrate today.
Good deal. Def tell us how you like it. I'm interested to hear about some of these boards using nontraditional cherry mx keys. Hope it works out!
I got one a while back, I have a Filco Majestouch 2 with cherry browns

, and bought a Qisan that uses Outemu switches ( same as the board above ).
It feels very close to my expensive as fuck filco.
I'd say there is a slight detectable difference between them, but I'd struggle to say which is better/worse, they just feel a little different.
tldr, now the cherry patent expired and the markets flooding with cheap chinese clones - you can save a lot of money and get a decent mech board for cheap.
