Read on the RTX stock drop discord that Newegg may get some serious stock Friday but also to take at face value. I feel like the bots will get them all anyway, or that they'll drop when I'm asleep.

I did. Have 7 of them, 3 on my 360mm rad, 3 on the front, and 1 for exhaust. They're excellent and truly did make cable management and RGB hookups much less of a chore. Like everything else though it is hard to find them in stock.
$170 per kit for 2 kits of 8x2, but they're coming out with 16gb sticks very soon which may end up being a little bit cheaper.
That’s a good price, the price difference will be $150 if i do an exchange in amazon.
Anyone interested in up to 7 Corsair QL120 + Corsair Commander Pro?
Building a budget PC for the GF's favorite niece because her brother broke her Xbox. All she plays is Roblox, Minecraft, and GTA V (yes that last one is definitely an outlier).
So I've assembled the following, with the current sole objective being running GTA V at 60 FPS but with headroom if she ever wants to play something newer and needs a better GFX card.

She loves RGB so lots of extra sparkles thrown in (also getting off---brand rainbow RGB keyboard/mouse/headset not included).
Stuff marked as 0 is stuff I am donating to the project. The RAM and the 2600 (it's a 1600AF) are also a hand-me-downs just I'm not giving those for free.
Friend building his first PC. What is the go-to these days for cheap Windows 10 serial keys? I haven't had to buy one like ever.
Pretty much any site is gonna be equally dodgy. I just find a YouTuber with a referral code and use whatever one that is. Have bought 4 win10 pro keys in the last year this way and haven't had any problems.
Cheapest non-dodgy is probably Newegg, they sell home version for $100. I'm a rube and did that last time I upgraded motherboards because I'm too sketched out by shit like Kinguin.
As far as I know there are ways to still do the Win 7 > Win 10 free upgrade if you happened to have a 7 key.
3060 Ti just announced. Goes on sale, I mean to bots and sneaker heads, tomorrow.

I think I've posted about avoiding Zotac before, but:

Just never buy anything from them. The end. They take reference cards and somehow make them worse.

If anyone is in the market for sata ssds, 860evo 1tb units are $100 on Amazon and 500gb ones are $54.
My Sabrent 4 PLUS just arrived. Time to get some real speeds inserted and tested :O
I grabbed a couple just for games that I don't play often and recording dumps.
how do those Samsungs compare to the read speeds on the new consoles? haven't looked at SSD tech in a while been chilling on years old hard drives
Sata drives won't match an Nvme SSD (like the ones in ps5/xbx), but whether or not it will bother you or if you'll be able to notice it at all is subjective.
nvme it is
Samsung 970 EVO is on sale too atm, am i going wrong with that dear bg tech chat? feel the urge to hit some upgrades while waiting on the 3080 that will never come.
