The Star Wars Battlefront II multiplayer gameplay trailer has arrived! Battle Droids march into action behind a colossal Multi-Troop Transport. Legions of the Separatist confederacy descend on Theed. Every player who owns Star Wars Battlefront II will have access to the same iconic characters, planetary conflicts, sleek starfighters, and epic space battles throughout the entirety of the post-release support period. This starts with the Star Wars: The Last Jedi Season coming this December, where all Star Wars Battlefront II players will get access to Finn, Captain Phasma, the new planet Crait, and more.

These new heroes will come with new Star Cards as well. Star Wars Battlefront II players will also be able to customize their favorite heroes and classes using Star Cards, which come in four rarities: Common, Uncommon, Rare, and Epic – all of which can be earned through play. Completing the in-game quests and challenges, taking part in events, and opening Crates can all grant Star Cards, which allow you to further customize your trooper, hero, and starfighter abilities.

In case you bros haven't heard, EA has reopened servers for 2005's Battlefront II if you are feeling nostalgic. PC only. Servers are getting overworked as thousands are trying to get a taste of that sweet nostalgia act.

Fun, looks good, sound is awesome. Not a huge fan of the cross-era heroes, but whatever. Poe is sick though.

I actually really enjoy the space battle mode; Fondor feels so much like Rogue One. Can't wait to see the other large scale maps

Before I start watching videos, is it still strictly character vs character OR vehicle vs vehicle? I had to remind myself that the PS2 versions has layers of gameplay on the map that involved fighting as infantry while dogfights were also happening.

Is that a thing in the new games(yet)?
