Saw this a few times on items I think... what does it stand for, and are there other flagXXs? Can't figure it out through context.

flag02 is a bit in the .dat that indicates some kind of item use restriction. Things like Bazaarable, Sendable, etc. are all flags. We haven't inferred the purpose of flag02, so it hasn't been named yet.
What does flag02 mean, indeed?
Interesting, thanks. I love a good mystery...
I think Flag02 indicates that it can be obtained from the goblin mystery dial.
They revamped the goblin mystery dial in September of 2014, but this showed up in March of 2015:

Because of the way bgwiki's updater works, its creation of this page isn't terribly reliable unless someone is doing it regularly. Considering flag02 shows up in the October 2014 version update for only one item, it's likely that these changes simply got missed in September, which didn't have a corresponding page.
Then in November:

In December:New items have been added to the Gobbie Mystery Boxes' special dials.
Item level 119 equipment will now appear.

So there ya go. We have a comprehensive list of everything that's obtainable from the goblin mystery dial (but it's currently not reliably exported, it seems). The issue wherein the items obtainable from the Gobbie Mystery Box were incorrect.
Nice work, mystery solved Makes sense now that I think about it. And yeah, I have gotten some items (like silent oils) from the dial that are not flagged in the wiki. I will try to edit these in when I can.
