I remember... winged sky people?
The story is basically a copy of XII's but with Vaan, Penelo and their kid friends as the only protagonists. The Occuria do something, someone goes mad, stop him. The end.
The only noteworthy detail is the mention of Auracites given their role in Tactics but that's really it. Oh and the fact that the real summons are actually in the game and usable.
I distinctly remember Balthier and Fran in the game.
I cant wait to play this again.
Last time I played it I remember getting some OP weapons early, one from a chest near a wall boss and another from a train cave/mine, and then a weapon from a ghost place that required a lot of stealth.
All of those made the game a lot easier, should I not use them this time around? It was fun to get them early, but in my recent FFX play through I was super overleveled and it was boring.
The game is easy either way, if you have a good party and stick to areas around your own level. The OP stuff just lets you go crush higher lv areas earlier.
I was bored and resized that image to 2560 vertical and tweaked it a bit in photoshop. It's still kinda pixelated looking at it on a desktop (can only do so much and also not *that* motivated), but looks fantastic on my phone.
Spoilered cause huge
SE Store + 200 for the CE (which in this case i'd pay) plus that abysmal fucking shipping rate to get it on launch day gets a huge NOPE from me.
Ok the Nier collector's edition. The Internet tell's me it was available on the 7th so here is my UPS log: Delivered: Tuesday, 03/07/2017 at 1:52 P.M.

I just gave SE my $199.99 for this. I can't wait! Just pick Super Saver shipping and you'll still get it on release date.
do they charge on shipment or when the order is placed? really tempted with this but i don't want to drop the cash right now.
Usually charge a week or two before shipment on high priced CE items
