I think it's just Injustice - Gods Among Us Year X. It started out as the lead-in to the game, but then it was successful so they've continued the story. Year 1 was long, 2-4 were 12 issues each, and Year 5 I think is going to be 20 (currently at 12.5). You really get to see Superman's fall as it progresses.

9 DLC fighters? No thanks, gonna pass until this game is bargain bin in a year with all content. I really enjoyed the first one, but it's become really apparent to wait to buy for certain studios. Netherrealm being a main "offender"
