Looking for a good android box

Hi looking for some tips for an android box for my TV. Here's my requirement

- must from a Canadian website due to lol money
- looking for less then 100$ of possible
- must have hdmi and Ethernet jack
-1080
- looking for something with kodi pre installed and lots of addon if possible ( for movies live sports etc)
- must be able to access google play for some apps I need there

You might look into DigiStream, though it's kinda...free and sketchy as shit. A cousin has one he got at the fair.

EDIT: Free service, that is. I dunno about features, I just know it has movies and porn. He made that pretty clear.
