McKenzie said the Rangers are going to take a big run at Stamkos. I swear to fucking god if we sign him and don't fix our defense it won't mean shit and I will kick several puppies

Because the last time the Rangers went for an all-star Tampa player it worked out great, right?
I'd like to know how the Rangers intend to pay Stamkos, or the rest of their roster. Eric Staal, Kreider, Moore, Stalberg, Hayes, Miller, Yandle, Boyle and McIlrath are all UFA/RFAs this year.
I hope you didn't interpret what I posted as I want them to sign Stamkos

Anaheim re-ups Sami Vatanen.
Joe Sakic has said Tyson Barrie is not going anywhere.
So uh what defensemen are going to be available to build around? Faulk and uh?
Nick Bonino played the last 1-2 rounds with an elbow infection that wasn't/isn't going away, was informally quarantined to hospitals throughout the SJ series to avoid family / player contact. Was basically only leaving the hospital for games, 0 practice, not allowed around his young daughter at home either. May need surgery to clean out the infected area if antibiotics don't finally kill it now that hes fully resting.

That happened to me when I had a bad bone spur in my elbow.
it's also why I'm missing 1/8th of my tricep in my left arm

Daniel Sprong out 7 - 8 months after shoulder surgery.
Players not carig for player safety. I cant wait for Bettman to sue the players over gross negligence about their own well being and their idiocies affecting the safety of others.
^______^
Jose Bautista is on the 15 day DL because of a hyperextended big toe.
In the NHL, if you ask for a time off for an injured toe, you get sent to the AHL or have your contract bought out.
Bless their courage and/or foolishness.
In a game where you need to run 90 feet or farther as fast as possible, not being able to walk is a pretty big detriment.
Hockey players are tough, yes, but let's not act like baseball players are babies. They take 95 MPH fastballs to the ribs, hands and elbows and just take their walks to First.
Yeah I tried dancing on a broken toe before and let me tell you, that shit was like murder. Running would be no different. Hockey skates provide a lot more support than baseball cleats do and there's a lot more insulation from aggravating an injury like that. They're simply not the same.
Nynja knows what neither running nor skating are cause his fat ass doesn't exercise.
I broke my ankle (in three places) in a soccer tournament for provincials when I was 17 and finished all three games that day without a lot of trouble because my cleat/guard was keeping my ankle stabilized. I hyper-extended my big toe once and was in a walking boot for a week straight because I couldn't put any weight on my foot at all.
As soon as I saw Bautista in the boot I knew he was going on the DL. Your big toe is way more important than you think it is.
