    Commentary

    This is a little different from the previous Sephiroth, all his attacks are physical now. Therefore Protectga + Power Breakdown (or Steal Power) and other similar buffs should be enough to mitigate his damage.

    Scintilla counters will be annoying, if it happens you definitely want to Dispel the haste ASAP. Fortunately, Scintilla respects Draw Fire + Retaliate mechanics and therefore is highly recommended here. If Scintilla misses, Sephiroth does not gain the Haste!

    Recommended abilities: Full Break, Draw Fire + Retaliate
    Recommended RW: SG/SS2, Scream

    This fight will be fun for most people (Ultimate +)

    Here's why

    first Sephiroth U+ has a counter move that will grant him haste (No FFVII character can use Banish Blade so you need dispel if you want to remove haste) but some people on reddit were saying depanding on Sephiroth U+ default SPD his haste might not change anything at all and might be worth it to keep him hasted (anyway since it's a counter you'll waste alot of dispels)

    2) For those who like to retaliate, FFVII doesn't have a Samurai/Knight, so can't use Draw Fire natively (unless you use RW like PLD cecil Sentinel)

    In resume this U+ will probably be fun

    We will soon enough with Cloud, he gains Knight 3 with Record Sphere, he's my best favorite tauntaliator in JP :3

    Just a note about future events, but after this event, we're gonna finally stop with the FF7 spam and start seeing a pretty balanced rotation of events, the next FF7 event we see will be near Double BSBfest introducing Cloud's OSB.

    i've been doing a full trinity comp and having tyro use an offensive BSB RW once SG+breaks are up, nice break from the same basic team i've been running the last 4 months. +++ died too fast to really get the most out of it, will be interesting to try it out on U/U+. guessing setup for those will be ramza/cloud/auron/penelo/tyro

    if anyone's running fresh BSB RW's after the 'fest post your codes up! my list is almost entirely SG/SS2 which aren't terribly useful to me now lol

    I currently have been running Clouds BSSB pretty much since I got it. I just have to remember each week when the new U/U+ comes out to update his gear for that realm's synergy.

    thanks, got you both followed! if you need a good shout RW i have a guaranteed 300+ MND setup, mine's rge2. other notables i can switch to in case anyone needs them are SG, apoc shield, portrait of lakshmi, intercession, banishing blade, fenrir overdrive, divine guardian.

    VVRN - I've got Tyro's BSB up if you have a use for it. I've enjoyed it quite a bit. Also have Lightning's BSB.
