I played TiTS 1 on PC, but never got around to 2 or 3 because translation dragged ON FOREVER. Is there a console to have 1-3 on in one place (even if its the vita) or is it PC only?

If you have a hacked Vita, there is a hack that inserts the PC translation into the Evo versions of those three games. I think those are the definitive best versions, though there's some stuff people bitch about (music changes, updated portraits, some overpowered mechanics from later games being shoehorned in... whatever)

Speaking of... I need to get back to playing FC. Was getting close to the end, I think.

While it's nice that I've been WFH this entire time, that one hour commuting on the bus every day was a major source of "free" time for vita and switch. Have barely touched either of them in months. :<

Got around to buying Trails from Zero and the Geofront patch. Only finished the first dungeon but so far I got to say I'm pretty impressed. Only complaint is analog feels stiff compared to the sky games.

Started Cold Steel 1.

Already missed one of the Red books and a hidden quest in Chapter 1. How forgiving are these in terms of still finishing the game 100%?

Good question: I can't remember if they did it in Cold Steel 1 or if it was the later games, but the Junk/pawn shop sometimes had the old books from missed chapters on sale.

Anyway Kondo released some news about the next Trails game after Hajimari will feature a battle system never before seen (not sure if they mean in Trails or RPGs in general) which revolves around command battles with action elements.

A new battle system does sound nice, we've been stuck with the same thing with slight mods for a little too long
