Yeah, when I heard they were getting the 5% raise by gutting 20 million from Medicaid, my immediate thought was, "Uh, this isn't a win, guys..." Unfortunately, it'd seem more like your typical GOP tactic to turn Dems against each other with the insinuation of defending Medicaid meaning you really don't care about teachers or the other state workers lumped into the deal. Meanwhile, they'll happily dump hundreds of thousands into superfluous office renovations that make Ben Carson's desire for a $3000+ chair look like he went to Ikea.
