I really wonder how they are going to do the controllers, since the NES version could work with Wii Remotes... maybe USB controllers so they can work with the Switch?

An absolutely amazing list. The only thing missing for me would be the addition of harvest moon and chrono trigger, but I can't really complain because everything else is there + more. I mean serious, earthbound, ff3/6, and mario rpg? Secret of mana is just gravy.

If they're doing unreleased games that were completed, why is this not THE opportunity to port Seiken 3 over and make it 100 bucks?

Hell, include the entire recent Seiken Collection and make it 120 bucks while Square gets the full 39.99.

Because there was no completed English version of SD3, and using a fan-tran is not viable for many reasons.

I sometimes don't get why they don't just find a way to purchase the rights to some of the excellent fan translations (see mother 3) and go from there.

I was under the impression SF2 was buggy and had crash states, unless Nintendo is just yoinking/paying for the fan fixes.

Wouldn't be the first time Nintendo went out of their way to localize a ROM though (re: Mother 1).

The alpha leaks that got released were. According to dev's who worked on it, the whole game was cancelled despite being finished due to Miyamoto thinking the N64 would be ready sooner then it was, and didn't want the game compared to 3d games on the N64 of PS1.

This. Over and over again. I actually just got done selling 3 Sheik Amiibo, the OoT 2 pack, and 8 bit link Amiibo's for about 285 bucks after Amazon fees.

Ah, good to know. Nice to see it'll finally get an official release then.

Also, as for SD3, that's more in SE's ballcourt to handle since they do have that SD collection on Switch to try and consider bringing over here for $50-60 for, which translating an otherwise unreleased Mana game would be decent incentive for any fan.
