Either way nature is eventually going to demand they either end it, or start a new story altogether. The majority of charm for this show are the kids being kids.

I'm really wondering who the monster (Mindflayer Lich?) is speaking through. It sounds a lot like Hopper, but it looking toward Billy as a new host is too easy.

Wonder if the rumors of it attaching itself to Eleven are true. That would be a fun twist and play into the "trust me" themes between the crew and Will in S2 and with Eleven asking Mike to trust her now.

It should be a good bookend for Hawkins. Have no idea if they would push for a season 4 with the post credit scene.

Steve/Robin/Russ/Erica team was probably the most entertaining. Robin was an excellent addition. Damn Russ and Suzie at the end had me rolling. Steve is still the best.

Had to laugh how it took no time for Hopper to get on board with Joyce this time around instead of bullshitting around.

As always excellent use of 1985 happenings.

I agree, was a good season. If this is the end I'm fine with it.
I like that they went with 8 episodes. There was no mid season slump.
