Can't decide been starting Roethlisberger or Stafford =(. My father in law is killing it in fan duel, but only putting up a quarter a game; if he started putting real money down he'd make a killing but he's scared. Poor man.

I'd personally say Stafford. Ben didn't play too great against Cinci last year from what I remember and I'd assume they'll do a better job of dealing with Brown then the Skins did.

Stafford is money in this Jim Bob Cooter offense.

PRIVs and Flacco are about even this week imo.
CJ has the easiest match up of the week.
I personally think Gurley is way overrated in fantasy and he's about to play the Seakhawks, so I'd go Lacy, but I'm sure others would disagree.

Gurley trailed off hard in the second half last year because the rest of the NFL realized how fucking awful the Ram's passing game is and just stacked the box.

If the first game of this season is any indication, I'd imagine he's in for a bad game this week since the Seahawks defense is better then the Niners in literally every way outside of Bowman.

In other words, you're playing against Forte and Marshall in a PPR league

I am sitting Gurley for Johnny Stewart in my big $ league; PPR.

another tough decision I'm staring at this morning, Flex position: Emmanuel Sanders, Willie Snead or Travis Benjamin.

I've got Jordy and Alshon as my starting WR 1 & 2...ppr

I had Sanders slotted there for this week but I'm now leaning more towards Snead, given his production from last week and the promise of another big passing game from Brees

That works too. I had Forte (29 and change) vs Marshall (13 and change) in my work .5 PPR league, good start to the week.

Have Powell in both my leagues and just waiting for Forte to break down with the number of touches they're giving him so far

I know he's 30 but Forte is possibly the most resilient back out there. Dude rarely misses a game.
Maybe he finally cracks, I dunno

You do know he hurt his mcl last year and missed 3 games right? Hammy pull before camp this year, was put on IR a few years ago and annoyingly left multiple games early with an ankle one year also.

    A modern day iron man.

    C'mon son.
Dude has been a starting running back for 8 years and has missed a grand total of 6 games.

In comparison to all the elite level backs out there:
31 year old Peterson has missed 9 games (excluding suspensions)
29 year old Charles has missed 28 games
26 year old Lacy has missed 2 games
25 year old Miller has missed 3 games
24 year old Bell has missed 11 games (excluding suspensions)
22 year old Gurley has missed 3 games

It's pretty damned unlikely any of these young backs have the same start ratio Forte has had in his career. Only guys who even have a chance are Miller and Lacy, and they've still got 4-5 years to go.
I'd rather have Jamaal and APs handcuffs than Forte's, personally... Which luckily I already do have Ware, 'cause Charles is gonna go down again when he comes back.

If you don't want to count the games he starts while injured and then leaves early then that's cool. He's on pace for 472 touches btw.

Well sure, if we wanna throw out early season stats: Lamar Miller (and if Le'Veon Bell died today DeAngelo Williams) are on pace for 512 touches... It's week 1&2 lol

I'm holding on to a cuff of a guy that's old and had a preseason injury and currently has a workload that's unlikely to be sustainable. I had Mckinnon the year AP missed those games. He wasn't very useful with Asiata around whereas Powell was good the end of last season even with Ivory there. Let me hope and dream with my speculative late round flyers in peace damnit!

Are you sure Miller missed 3 games as a rookie cause of injury? Or are you just looking at his profile or something. The guy kinda has a history of playing for dumb people that didn't use him enough or at all.

I didn't look too deep into it tbh.

Now that I have it looks like Miller doesn't have any touches at all during his games against the rams, cinci, buf, and pats in 2012 but they're still counted toward his game starting stats.
So ya, there was 3 games he was injured for in 2012 or he wasn't allowed to be at the game for whatever reason.
