So, I probably run into the new CAPTCHA we have on the wiki more than anyone after random edits. It seems to occur more often on large pages than small ones.
Anyway, my understanding is the site gets an ample number of attacks and that is why it is in place. Just curious about that.
Is there a way to edit the page that shows up too so that it doesn't say that people might need to turn their antivirus off to stop seeing it? Obviously that is not true, and people will find that shady.
If we really receive thousands of attacks on the daily could we put that in there as the reason why? It would go a pretty good way in maintaining the attractiveness of the wiki to users, IMO.
It wouldn't be so bad if it was just a click CAPTCHA, but having to click images after that and getting it wrong because "HOW THE FUCK IS THAT BAD PICTURE OF A MALL RIDE LOOKING THING A TRAIN?" is super annoying.
