I am familiar with actual inflated values, and i am sure noone in Europe besides crazy owner of PSG would pay more than 60m for a 32 years old player, James is younger and he wants to leave RM and still noone is offering for him more than 60m, apparently CR7 confirmed he wants to leave.

I can put price tags to players, problem is finding a buyer.

Do consider also that merchandise alone would pay back a large chunk of the investment, to which you can add eventual achievements because he's still a player that makes a difference(and I don't know how he handles his image rights, but if there is even a small % that goes to the club that's a huge lot too).
