I don't mind it much, but I did challenge modes in mop and such so the runs don't bother me.

The armor sets don't display for me. I have T1-T7 T9-T10 all completed, the right ilevel, the same spec. Only T1 shows up.

Is there a step by step on how to do this, for a single account? Can it be a level 1 alt that extends the raids? I'd farm more places, on more alts, if I didn't have to spend the time clearing the whole place.


Also, 7.1 is up on the PTR, and there seems to be a nice bit of content, for a single patch.

The way I farm old raids for mounts (this doesn't work on stuff before Wrath of the Lich King though) is to clear up through the boss i want -> create a party in party finder -> change characters -> join the party I made (have to keep swapping back and forth between characters to get invited and stuff) -> go to that raid on the second character and kill mount boss -> repeat steps for other characters.

You can't have the raid on heroic when clearing initially on the first character or it messes with the lockout, so you can't use this for Dragon Soul farming, unless you have the heroic mount already.

Not entirely sure you can do it on a level 1 character, since I think you'd need to lockout save on them which would involve actually being in the raid.

The alt has to be the one that clears the instance to hold it.

With stat squishing, that's a pretty low bar. You can run 10 man ICC at level 85-90 pretty easily these days.

Also, you can just extend the lockout forever and the mount is account-wide so you can even use your main to hold it (Why would you though)

Purple

So many good purple options for cloth wearers. Leather is the struggle for purple gear. And I have a theme of purple mogs.

I'll have to give it a try. Also, I'm not aware that any mount needs Heroic anymore, unless you meant Glory of the X type of things.

Invincible requires you to complete 25H, doesn't drop in any other tier. Unless that changed.

I should farm ICC more often but it really just takes a while because of all the running you have to do. Running Skadi, Attumen, and even Kael were all pretty quick to get through (well, minus Kael's half-hour RP session).

I meant to say in Dragon Soul, but yes, ICC does require Heroic.

Well you can use the party finder trick for ICC since you can change the raid to heroic for lich king but in dragon soul you have to kill all bosses on heroic to fight madness on heroic.

Edit: Heroic madness of deathwing has a mount. So two total from that one fight.

Yep. Considering how easy everything else is, it's painfully slow and boring.
