I like the playstyle. I like it a lot actually. It's just underpowered

I was an interrupt bot and a hero bot for a longggggg time.

Enhancement was my first max-level class/spec, but I just can't seem to get comfortable with it anymore. =[

Can totally see the instances being under-tuned for the type of gear you could get by doing mythics +. I haven't even been in one, and I'm at 841, which is just above the 840 standard I see in group finder, with occasional 830s.

Also, I'm not really sure what the Vindictive "PvP" gear is that I see at tower world quests; it's much lower ilevel then normal world quests, and supposedly we're all synced to 850 for PvP anyways. I can understand skins, but they also throw out necklaces, so not the i-level thing.

Damn! Speaking of which, I'm amazed the WoW token isnt stupidly expensive now. With how easy gold is to get, I would have thought it was caused silly inflation. Some days I do like 2 world quests and get 6k worth of items and gold. Its really silly.

Looking at those logs makes me so sad. I've been a hardcore fan of DK, sticking with frost since Blood DPS was killed post-Ulduar, and we've never been in worse shape. To top it off, those numbers take into account the blanket buffs they gave us. It's unfortunate that they seem to think upping our damage will fix things, when its the core mechanics of the class that's broken.

The core mechanics of Frost are more or less the same as they've been since Cataclysm, though, barring a specific set of talent choices which circumvent some of them a bit (the 'machine gun' selection that Icy Veins suggests).

They even brought back a few of the older ones via talents, such as tossing Horn of Winter in during a resource lull.

I'm with you though. Frost DK has been my '2nd main' of sorts since I started in Cataclysm, and it's rough seeing it in its current shape.

Like i mentioned above, I really missed blood dps. a cleave attack AND 3 death strikes in a dps rotation? It was amazing. My healers loved me. A lot of people claimed it was overpowered, but I would say all classes and specs should have that type of toolkit.

Everything seems that way, like EN normal LFM posts requesting that you link your clear achievement. Not really too surprised, but still annoying. Feel like I'm stuck in a rut around ilvl 845 where either I get lucky on WQ or dungeon drops with WF or TF upgrades, or I slip into mythics/EN where...I'm fighting the exact same RNG, hoping to get WF or TF upgrades. I don't have the friends/guild to have a reliable source of Mythic+ runs.

Not sure if token prices are server dependent but I've seen them go up around 25-40% since the launch of Legion, and I expect they'll continue to rise slowly over time as prices for other things come down.

Ugh, I hated the "Rumor has it" quest in Suramar; that area is pure hell, though I was moving around it pretty well by the time I was done getting rares/treasures out of the area. Finally opened up the zone's dungeons, so I think I can go clean up the rest of the zone's quests now and start looking for Mythic runs, as my artifact wants me to run them too.

Can't believe there's still a month's worth of daily world quest clearing to hit exalted on these reputations.

They're the same for every region.

It's gone down significantly in the Americas. In late WoD it was around 40-45k for a token, now it's only 35k.

Poor Asian realms where they're going for 130k. lol.
