Zet, I found the answer to your Ele Shaman woes:
Yeah.
I'm thinking about rolling a Feral Druid for Mythics.. anyone partied with one in Dungeons? Wondering how well they play

They aren't the best for AoE, especially for Mythic+. Also, fucking lol at the ele sham video.
Got trolled twice today, with epic loot drops. The first was a Brief History of the Ancients, and the latter was a Curious Coin, which I think is just one big Destiny joke, considering how many you need for anything worthwhile. Still hunting for my first legendary too.
cleared emerald nightmare tonight, all in one go. first time through. only 1 wipe, and it was due to a tank not knowing to drop his stacks on cenarius. enjoyable raid; i look forward to pushing heroic on it, and on to mythic
Have some experience doing Mythic dungeons as offspec. Bottom line is that on single target fights feral is very competitive. On aoe it varies -- we basically have two options. For several targets you multidot rake+moonfire, but you're going to be massively outclassed by anyone with good cleave, especially if enemies die before you get the full effect of your dots. Once you start hitting 5-6+ targets, you can switch to a thrash+swipe rotation which with cooldowns can produce some decent numbers. Brutal slash can help with numbers, but IMO you're giving up too much for it to be worth it.
Part of the problem is that the optimal feral artifact path goes for all the single target traits first, so you don't pick up the aoe boosting talents until you're 20+ traits deep.
That said, as things are right now, feral is just not going to be competitive with mage, hunter, or DH when it comes to aoe, but I don't feel like I'm underperforming so much as those classes overperform. Also, the rotation is demanding -- most of your damage is tied to making sure you get dots up with as many damage buffs (Savage Roar, Bloodtalons, Tiger's Fury) as you can.
New DPS rankings are out.
Elemental is still in the bottom 5.
MM Hunter is in top 3.
Time to make the swap.
Sims are garbage. Look at the meters on the current heroic/mythic raids.

Yeah after some messing around I think I'm going to level a Destruction Warlock. They seem the most interesting to play and coming from an Arms warrior I want to play something with better cleave. I'm really only going to be farming Myth+ with friends and we mostly deal with small packs which is what Destro excels at.

yeah their cleave is great, single target is pretty uninteresting and their big aoe feels really awkward right now
