Ya, it's nice if you like fishing. The elite skills are already available through other means, and the normal skills all relate to fishing up entire schools of Legion fish, so for this expansion, it's pretty good.

Wow, I didn't know DK was in such a bad spot right now.
How the fuck could they make Arcane DPS such utter dogshit
blizz dun made a whoopsie
Ya, gonna have to say Blizzard dun fucked up on this, but then again, they have to tweek so much shit with builds and artifacts that I'm not surprised. They have some work to do.
Those rankings are awful and not at all accurate. There are no accurate sims out there yet because none of the classes API's are finished. Never trust Noxxic with anything. Also just to calm everyone's nerves, as far as the latest actual sims go, http://www.simulationcraft.org/reports/Raid_T19P.html, but again these aren't that accurate yet either.
The problem isn't so much that one DPS site is more accurate then the other; it's that there's a 100K DPS difference between the top and the bottom of each pack in both sites. That's where Blizzard appears to be mucking things up and needs fixing.
One observation so far on Class Halls; they really phoned in the DK area and quest. They also appear to recycle some artifact quests as Unholy DK and Affliction Warlock were almost identical, except the end fight mechanic. Lock and Druid seems to have the best Class Order halls, from an asthetic viewpoint, out of the characters I have atm, with Demon Hunter close behind.
Also, some of the quests were a lot harder then others. Affliction lock was easy, and longer then the others, an Demon Hunter was the shortest, but much harder, as was Feral Druid. The balance is all over the place.
Again keep in mind that any sims right now are:
1. Not really that accurate, there is a ton of work to do yet to get accurate sims.
2. This is single target patchwerk fight of which there are zero in emerald nightmare or nighthold.
3. This is pre-raid with only 19 artifact traits which is going to benefit some classes and hurt others, as an example Fury Warriors get a large boost from having 20 points.
All and all sims aren't worth stressing or drawing any conclusions from at this point.
(Noxxic is awful)
Really like the idea of Survival being melee just to mess things around, but I can't grasp why an agile hunter would fight with a massive 2Hander (and a relic spear) instead of dual wielding fast 1Handers... I get they wanted to have one class "main" spears, but that's just a bad solution
LolDRG.
You don't want to tank on pally. It's muff cabbage.
Tanks are in a funky place this go-around. Boring in party play, low DPS and poor self-healing for solo play.
Demon Hunter is the exception, but it's self-healing doesn't work well for higher difficulty tanking, so there's not a particularly good option.
GF wants to play DPS and I'm sick of dual DPS queues for dungeons.
I won't heal again so I'm kinda stuck. I could play DH tank I guess.
I picked up Vengeance for my main, this time around. I've had a lot of fun with it so far, and it's a perfectly capable tank for dungeons.
For Survival Hunter, I saw it as a reference to a primal style of hunting, where when taking down large, vicious prey, one would prefer to be at more than an arm's length. Literally a matter of survival, in a less fantasy-based universe. I've never been all that interested in Hunter before, but the Survival change has piqued my interest. I still have both the 90 and 100 boosts around, and may use one to give it a try.
Is Pally tank really that bad? I've been wanting to play a tank for my horde side friends for 5man stuff and was between DK and Pally and leaning pally only because I want the healthcliff legendary haha.
Yeah pally is bad.
As for hunter I liked the idea because years ago hunter had all these abilities when shit got close like wing clip etc, then they made the class about being farther and father and standing still and such. It's nice to have options. Pet, no pet, no bow.
