I used shellga mdb and fb as only mitigation went fine

Yea, breaks wore off by the end for me. I had to save Braksa's SB gauges for the last 30%. Only had 3 alive.

Worked for me too, used KT for RW and with some RNG finally nailed it.

Gotta be honest, I love not immediately throwing my A-Team at everything now. It really forces a challenge on me.

I mean, the last few events where I couldn't master a CM I just threw the game-changers in there and cleared house.

Yeah I use my A team to master if needed but except the first U+ ffx it wasn't the case

( might be different when u++ is out lol)

1/2 on U+, I put Protectga on Braska and mastered np with my CM team. Only lost 1 medal on damage taken.

That's okay, it happened to me too.

mastered with CM. team was:

yuna: curaja/protectga, HotF, dr. mog
tidus: powerchain/lifesiphone, abes all-star, ace striker
wakka: full break/MBD, status reels, support dmg+
auron: armor break/lifesiphon, banishing blade, battleforged
khimari: dragoon jump/BotW, fang of gagazet, spear dmg+

incoming damage in this fight is insane, if i took shellga i'd get stomped in the opening, protectga meant i got destroyed in the second half. never once got a magic blink off with khimari, probably would've been better bringing braska for dispel access. winning run had wakka as the lone remaining member closing it out with a full break, lost 1 medal for damage and 2 for KO. only thing that saved it was getting a wallbreak off into tidus' burst for capped damage during the last stretch.

Didn't master, but only because had 2 deaths at the very end just as my last Merton was about to go off.



RW was Maria's Song used on Tidus for the BSB commands.

Had trouble with Tidus getting slowed on EVERY S/L, so simply waited and tanked it until he used Tail Whip or whatever and then started the damage. Maria's Song was originally because I ran Braska as a mage with dispel before opting to make him a second healer. Waterja was hitting 9999 without the boost, but it made Merton hit like a truck and Swiftform+Doublecast helped me out a lot on the winning run.

Tidus was only hitting about 20k/Burst. Lulu was da real MVP.

Went back in with A-team and he died in about 5 rounds.

Had to change this one up a few times... Finally traded Shout RW for Divine Guardian RW for Res buff, and swapped out Tidus for Jecht so I could use his Attack Boost SB.

80 Yuna - Curaise, Protectga - Hymm of the Faith - Lionheart
80 Ject - Full Charge, Lifesiphon - Ject Beam - Ace Striker
80 Wakka - Full Break, Magic Breakdown - Auroch Reels toward the end - Zealot (whoops)
79 Paine - Waterga Strike, Banishing Stike - No SB used - Spellblade Master (spellblade double cast)
80 Braska - Chain Blizzaga, Shellga - Default SB used when outta hones - BLM Double cast

I got about 3 procs on Braskas Doublecast and 2 procs on Paines Doublecast - which helped out a lot more than I was expecting since they were both hitting weakness'

One medal lost to Damage.

The tail move slowed 4 of my 5 characters, but Auron was already in the process of reapplying Divine Guardian.
