They have had this tendency to play like complete garbage against teams that are "easy wins" on paper. Even leading up to it, it was like "They started with a 2-0 start vs Calgary, should be a 3-0 start after Buffalo." blah blah blah *shit the bed*
Same as today playing the Canes. "Carolina hasn't won yet this year.. blah blah blah" which means we'll be their first victory tonight. Not even trying to Jorn, it's just how it goes. Then against the harder teams like the Kings or Hawks etc, they come out flying. If they played that way against the weaker teams, then the 2 pts would be guaranteed. Otherwise, nope.
