For me, I really felt like I'd rather didn't see Alisae whipping out rdm weapon there - that would have been such a cool moment

Uh did you not play 3.4?
It's not about 'spoilers'. It's about watching a cool thing suddenly happen when playing the game.
I'm not complaining that they're revealing the story, because I could care less. Personally, I'd just wish that they would not reveal too much action scenes before hand. That's all.

BOOOO THESE SHOULD BE PATCH NOTES NOT EXPANSION FEATURES
But they ARE? they're just timing it together with the expansion patch. You're still gonna get it even if you don't buy the damn thing
If you read the blog post properly they aren't even touting it as SB features
The info drought on upcoming changes is getting to me haha; so I am purposely heckling at anything insignificant.
Just wait a few more days, there will be another live letter soon that supposedly has "a lot of new information".
Personally I can wait until patch day; at this point, expansion is only a month away.
I like those QoL changes though. They are all things I've tried to do or wish were done, even the dumb stuff like sitting after duty.
The flying mount thing is definitely very welcome
but..
first paragraph...
(also realistically we know this applies to the whole game lol)it seems that Project Manager U in Japan is gathering a list of some nice quality of life changes coming to FFXIV!
Team Dragonsong here:
I'm gonna go out and say that because Revolutions isn't as catchy as Dragonsong or as powerful as Answers that it won't be dethroning either of those but the song does capture the onward march theme of the expansion. Slow crawl to victory against Garlemald. Peasants seizing the means of production etc.
What I am looking forward to are all the remixes that'll make up the dungeons and field areas. Imagination and Heroes were standout tracks. Stuff like Night in the Brume and Azys Lla were great pieces using the leimotif.
But you know what really matters. The Lakshmi and Susano-o themes.
Inventory expansion is just a setup to start selling +5 inventory/+10 retainer inventory slot tokens at $5 a piece, one character only.
Saw Yoshi teased some new BLM stuff on the test stream earlier

It seems kind of silly to focus on reducing button count, and then add a "teleport to Leylines" action that's not on the same button as Leylines. You would never need to use teleport to Leylines when it's not deployed, and when it is deployed it (Leylines) is on CD so you have no need for the Leylines button.
Should have made it an action change so that as long as Leylines is on cooldown, the button is AM to Leylines when pressed. If off cooldown, it puts down Leylines. Like how the Use Ninjutsu changes etc.
