You /could/ make your phone a WiFi hotspot via LTE coverage (if in your area) and connect your PS4 to that to download. Of course you’ll wanna check your phone’s data plan first to see if you can do it without paying out the nose. But if you have unlimited data, go for it homie.

Yeah our cell tower is still non LTE 4g and my connection tops out around 2-3mbps. They are supposed to upgrade the tower eventually but who knows when that will happen. I live in a very isolated area.
