It was nice that Game 5 was competitive, at least there is that. Watching the Dubs steamroll the playoffs was still fun in it's own right.

Golden State has great fans, in the bay. I can't comment on the bandwagons of elsewhere but when you're in that atmosphere, be it Oracle or just any bar, our shit is fun. I've watched games in every city throughout the bay and Sacramento, the energy is fucking high. I see the hate for Dubs fans here and I guess I don't see it from my vantage point. I love basketball so I excuse myself from ever being a douche as a fan but I do accept that when you're winning, motherfuckers are not going to like you.

To touch on it briefly, The Town get's a bad rep for legit reasons but Oakland is a great place to live, I mean... know where you're welcome but that's any city really. There is a lot of culture and fun to be had and then you can just dip to The City and get that shit lit when need be! lol

This is basically how you have to end up. Pierce, KG (or Gasol I guess) and Shaq are such incredible values. Then Magic is such a huge jump over the rest of the PGs (Jerry West and Bob fuckin Cousy aren't going to ball in today's game c'mon) that you almost have to take him. It sucks to be stuck with Ainge but it's too hard to get up to Ray Allen or Kobe.

Even if Bird was on there (as a SF or PF?) he's not going to present enough value to make him worth taking over Pierce or KG (assuming he's more expensive than they are)
