My kids watch plex and netflix on a TV connected to the PC. I don't want it to sleep.

Have you looked in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization ? There's a screensaver option (lower right hand corner) in there which might be turned on with "On resume, display login screen" enabled for whatever dumb windows reason. Or it could be some other program that reeeeally wants your pc to sleep while idle. If this pc's login account is also used with other machines (if they all use the same hotmail/msn/etc account to login) then the settings will be synced across them unless you disable the syncing. To disable, hit win key, type sync settings, choose "sync your settings" and now you can turn stuff off (it might be syncing with another pc's sleep settings).
