    I feel that when a team is notorious for firing coaches, it mostly means the problem really lies with the Owner/GM. In the Browns case, the Owner lol. For the 49ners.. probably the GM.

    The ownership situation of the Niners has been a nightmare since Eddie got forced out years ago. The actual owners don't give a flying fuck about the team, and everything is left up to 36 year old Jed York. Regardless of whether or not York is a piece of human garbage (he is), someone that young running an NFL franchise is not likely to go well.

    Most of us on here are probably in our 30s at this point, and I can't imagine the kind of pressure that would put on someone.
