I saw True Lies recently and thought to myself man that is the most incredible body but unfortunately also the face of Jamie Lee Curtis.
He finally found his way out of that chicken shit outfit.

English actor and basketball player Neil Fingleton has died. Named Britain’s tallest man in 2007, Fingleton turned professional actor with roles in 2011’s X-Men: First Class and in 2013’s 47 Ronin. In what is his best-known turn, he played Mag the Mighty in HBO’s Game Of Thrones. A rep for the actor could not confirm how Fingleton died, although multiple reports say he suffered heart failure on Saturday. He was 36.

Marfan is what I'm guessing.
In pictures he doesn't look particularly Marfanoid, other than being super tall. Maybe he has a high-arched palate but in pics doesn't look particuarly Marfanoid. Lots of syndromes may cause tall stature, e.g. Marfan's, Beckwith-Wiedemann, Weaver's Syndrome, Sotos syndrome, Homocystinuria, Simpson-Golabi-Behmel, acromegaly (doesn't look like he has acromegaly either)... plus Marfan's typically involves the aorta being dilated with weakened walls (aneurysm leading to potential rupture) or valvular insufficiency (MVP or aortic regurg).
I'm thinking more along the lines of a cardiomyopathy similar to a dilated cardiomyopathy just because he was so tall, and in tall dudes the heart gets to be so big and there's so much hypertrophy in the cardiac muscle that it eventually will give out.
I like you.
I don't know if I'm in like with you yet.
