Probably not, or was maybe added a few months ago when more buff IDs were added. I only remember the sections with a Buff ID table and the main ones skills effect. That section is way more in depth and it's the first I saw of that today.

Generally if certain abilities or SBs buff the same combination of stats they'll overwrite each other but there will be exceptions in the future (Zidane's BSB2 command #2 can buff the entire party's attack BUT this effect stacks with other similar buffs like Shout).

Didn't they redo the buff system at that point? I seem to remember from that point onward, all (new?) buffs stack with each other.

Nope but there are exceptions like the one I listed and only because it has a special gimmick attached.

What would be the big demand RW out right now besides the obvious shout/walls and Cid XIII? I don't have a healer burst but I have all of Tyro except SLG, Edge last stand, Faris USB, Seph/Cloud/Greg/TG Cid OSB and a ton of offensive bursts, especially holy ones.

There's some beta RW search thing you can find if you google that'll tell you people who have specific RWs set. If there's something I'm really hurting for, I befriend 2-3 and start the refresh spam.
