It could be in March with anniversary celebrations, or could get pushed back a month or two like the last couple of orbfests were. No way of really knowing until its close enough to where the translated banners can be datamined for that info.

To my knowledge even in JP theres a pretty long stretch coming up, from FF7 Rufus until FF5 Gogo, where the only "outside" event was World of Final Fantasy.

They could push orbfest back, as its schedule wasn't tied to the Anniversary banners like Record Cross boss rush was. I don't think they will though, because it's a litle silly from a presentation perspective to have a big event like a 2nd anniversary and not have something like an orbfest attached to it.

Sadly, this maintenence will only take us (likely) to the FF6 event. We probably won't see any anniversary related banners until 2-3 days before they go live.

Regarding the Select Nightmare banner:
When the last Nightmare was released in JP, the developers check the playerbase records on the most used characters for each Nightmare.
Based on the data, they created a 14-relic banner from those characters.
This is the Select Nightmare Relic Draw. It is a regular full-priced banner.


This one must goes with the VII Torment LD
