Banner 1: I'll probably pull once here... Edge's SSB, Vaan's BSB, Kain's BSB are great. Arc's robe would also be nice to have.
Banner 2: Probably one here too.. need X/VIII medicas and the BSBs are good as well.

Banner 4: Well fuck lol. TG Cid's OSB, Alph's BSB, Yuna's Chaos Rod, Genji Gloves for Ramza, Hamelin... amazing relics all around.
Banner 5: Meh banner actually. Eiko's USB is amazing but the rest is... ok? Vanille's BSB is amazing but I have an 8* version of it, Dagger of Resolve is only good as a stat stick. Good SSBs though so it's worth it probably.

Eiko USB is top tier for instant cast Medica + haste + Last Stand. Made for Omega p much.

Maria : BSB I need cuz no FF2 synergy (might pull on a FF2 banner instead) If you need II sinergy the II banners are your best bet, there won't be another for at least 7 months.

Hmm...lots of conflict for me here on these.

Banner 1: Was a firm no, but another strong shot at Vaan and Maria bursts, plus strong consolation prizes in Seph and Arc's SSB moves it to "maybe". The top end stuff (OK Armor and Keeper USB) is a "meh".
May consider after a long thought.

Note: Both Braska and Arc's robes have rare Holy Boost I believe. So something to consider.

Banner 2: I have Tidus OSB, Quistis BSB, Selphie stick 2 and Combat King. There are better Last Stands to chase, and Yuna and Krile bursts aren't enough of a draw when I have half the banner already.
Pass. Too slim a margin to make it worthwhile.

Banner 3: This is the Ultros Apology Banner. Krile and Barts added in after being passed over for waifu Lightning and Squall on the Ultros voting. THE burst in Raines, plus 2 very strong Refia and Relm bursts, and good consolation prizes with Krile, Noel, and Sabin. Attempts at Cid are always tempting, but again he returns not too far from now on a better focused XIII banner, so I won't be pulling.
The OSB's here aren't worth chasing. Pull for the consolation prizes, not the top of the banner.

Banner 4: The gem of the event, but conflicted for me. In chasing Asylum to no avail, I have Alphinaud's doublet twice over and Genji Gloves from the last Tactics event. The top of this banner is pure gold, however, so any of the top prizes are a big draw for me. Aside from one of the better healer BSB's in Eiko (though I'll get to that in the next banner), Yuna's strong SSB, Agrias's Burst for Waifu appeasement, and the oft chased Veil of Wiyu, makes me consider this as a chase banner. The one downside is Ashe's BSB is nowhere to be seen, which makes the possibility of her OSB a little bleh - but hey strong MAG sword!
100 mythril here at least, if not my full 200 allocation.

Banner 5: The denouement. FFIX's vengeance. The much maligned Rune Tooth, blamed for the biggest con since Genghis, is joined by a strong magic Dagger in Dagger's BSB and Eiko's USB. Competing for best healing BSB in the game next to Eiko's is Vanille's, and the consolation prizes are "Drink your goddamn tea" loudside activate and Potato's strong Faithga. Luneth and Jecht's BSB's are good prizes, but the other 2 consolation prizes in Gigant Axe and the utility Omnirod are just "...okay" at this point. If I didn't have most of the consolation prizes, this would be competing against Banner 4, but I do.
If I have any mythril left over, Id probably throw 50 at it.

Right now I'm at 1x on Banner 1, 2x on Banner 4 and 1x on Banner 5.

If I was in your situation, 1x on FFII Banner 2, 2x Anni Banner 4 (maybe 1 additional pull is crappy results just to play the numbers) and then 1-2x on Banner 5 depending on banner 4 outcome. Saving an extra pull to use as a "wildcard" in case results arent amazing.

Anni Banner 2, for your situation Rata, has you chasing Yuna and Quistis BSB while the other stuff is sidegrades or character choices (like Krile Sheepsong vs BSB), that you may not use on the regular.

Not for me, that's too much dupe... I have Orlandeau's OSB, Alph's BSB, and Ramza's Genji gloves. So, I'm kind of conflicted which one to pull on, lol. Agrias OSB sounds cool, but don't really want to chance all that dupe when I could have a chance for new ones? I still don't have Yshtola's BSB, maybe I'll try my luck at Eiko's USB.

banner 2: wants: faris, tidus, krile, selphie, shantotto. dupes: zell, minfillia, yuna. probably will pull here
banner 3: wants: refia, raines, relm. dupes: krile, noel, laguna. both OSBs are meh. might have to pass on this one.
banner 4: wants: TGC & ashe OSBs and ramza's SSB2. dupes... everything else (except agrias' OSB of course). ugh, kills me to pass on this one but i think i have to.
banner 5: wants: eiko USB or vanille BSB would be great for nemesis, already have zidane/yshtola/papalymo/cid though.

i think the verdict is that i hate this set of banners, lol

I have Leon's BSB. I could never find a slot for him even as an A team substitute. Also ended up pulling Seifer's BSB during Fujin #1 so Leon on the bench nearly forever. Heck I haven't unlocked his MC3 either. Maybe if I had Hand of the Emperor I would change my mind.

Going to do 1 on banner 1 for edge jacket, OK bssb or any of the bssbs. The holy robes would be okay. Seph gear would be a disappointment.
1-4 all look pretty good with 5 being the only really bad one. I have 3 dupes on 2 and at least 1 dupe on every banner. Kind of want to pull on 3 because relm's burst is so good even as a cura.

banner 1 is actually OK's OSB, his burst only appears on the anniversary banner with the freebie draw (or tomorrow's LD if you're obscenely lucky).
