I'm actually not sure we're gonna get those banners unless i'm missing something. Those draws they had coincided with christmas and i think thats why they were an option for cash only.

Because the fest dropped during Christmas in Japan. We always get the same stuff 6 months later or , in some cases, even further on. The Zenith of Crisis event already has the event banner translated, we're just missing the rest of it.
Last year June's Orbfest was delayed to the Summer ,and the same could happen now, but we still got the banners and events on time including the Countdown to New Year event that was rebranded as The Big Bridge.
