Here's what I would do for each character
Agrias - RW Cloud -> BSBx3 -> Guardbringer -> Saints Cross
Basch - BSB - Command 1 until triple imperil -> RW Cloud - BSBx2 - C1 spam
TG Cid - Wait til attack buffs are up, then unload. Can use other skill options since I have no idea what your hones are
Ysh & Ramza do their thing

Option for Ovellia if you need the buff slot for protectga though. Basch will outdamage Agrias since the en-holy on BSB entry. The 2nd entry will be on 7.38 potency vs Agrias' 5.88 potency. The OSB damage is moot since that's only 300k.

You can try and squeeze more damage from Basch by giving him Guardbringer. His C1 will be at 3.9 potency vs guardbringer at 4.8 potency.

Honestly, I may have been so clouded with having Agrias carry the load that I didn't consider Basch could/should.

I feel like there's a bug with TGC's OSB on JumpStart Mateus. Or maybe I don't understand the fight. I use Clouds USB on him, then use his OSB and it crits for only 38k. The very next time I use it, it crits for 68k.

It gains its weakness at 50%. The numbers are correct and you're not going crazy.

D300 actually gave me trouble because I would mindlessly attack into him at low hp and trigger counter twister. Well when I put it that way it almost sounds like it's my fault...
I magicite'd for fire blink but I probably would have been better off wind blinking.

Mastered all three tonight, the hardest one for me was the 200CM. Did a different strategy for each difficulty.

Boss barely took any lightning damage, even with Cloud USB. Majority of damage came form Agribae and was way too long.

After both RW uses wore off, boss still had ~35% HP. Lightning USB>BSB2 x2>Thundering Twinstrike/CMD1 spam was able to beat it. Was easier than the 200.

Kind of annoying on the 300, but not really too bad. The counter twister below 50% is really annoying. I'll switch around record materia next and give Lightning Thunder+ and give Agrias Truthseeker instead. Took ~2 S/L. First fight got it down to 5%. 2nd S/L I accidentally did abilities way out of order so just reset it.

Cleared CM 200 though only an expert. A bit harder with the lack of native ice SB. Mastered 250. I'll tackle JS 300 later this week. I probably can only squeeze a 2/3 on that CM though.

300 2/3 CM done. Ayame en-ice + Penta/Full/(DEF/RES)/Armor breaks pretty much blew up that Dragon. 100k Snowspell Strikes are nice to see.

skipped 200 CM for now, but i did master 300 CM3. setup was:

vaan: MBL/TR, BSB
laguna: icicle shot R2/rapid shot, boostga SSB + imperil ice SSB
squall: SSS R2, BSB2 - full dive+LM
ramza: FB/PBD, USB
selphie: curada/curaja, USB

RW rikku USB, imperil-ice magicite

i had to use a USB charge from selphie earlyish to recover from an ultimate meteor, but i was able to hold up the remaining ones for the weak phase at the end when a lot of damage was incoming. with all of the breaks and boosts and imperils, squall was easily capping damage on his C2. i had crazy luck on double procs to the point i only had to recast his BSB2 once for the kill shot. the noncharge from ramza's USB lets you get an insane amount of mileage out of a single EX mode.

Breath is pissing me off... my healing SB for FVIII is Dreamstage, and it sucks. Really don't think I can CM these.

How is Breath Physical? ...does he just have a shit load of things stuck in his teeth?

You should be able to totally do it I think! I did the CM personally with no actual healer (Quistis was my healer if that tells you anything) so you can definitely do it with limited options.

Oh n/m you said you did it anyway, Haha. I was going to say, maybe run Wall instead of Hyper Mighty G. Thats what I did. Kill took a bit, but Squall BSB2 helped make up for it. Everything else.. (Quistis had her Mighty Guard SSB + OSB, but never used OSB), Irvine had Hyper Sniper, and Rinoa had her BSB. My VIII squad was squishy.
