Desperately need about 5 or 6 Repositions. Will whale 4* banner is its on there.

Ended up with a -HP +Atk Elise, +Spd -Def Tiki, +Spd -Def Sothe, 2 Kleins, and 1 Reposition in about 100 orbs.

Gunnthra evades me, though I did want both Elise and Tiki for their valor skills. Nephenee needs a fricking wind legendary...

Just need Red/Blue Tome Valor and Lance to finish.

Lilina's Forblaze: 14 mt, Res-7 to highest enemy team's Res at start of turn.
Fir/Karel's Nameless Blade: 16 mt, special cooldown -1

Roy's refine adds Quick Riposte 2 to Binding Blade and also dragon effectiveness
Lloyd's refine adds all stats +3 during combat when within 2 spaces of a friendly infantry mage.
Ephraim and Hector get to use Legendary Ephraim and Valentine Hector's weapons respectively.
Forblaze and Nameless Blade have refines too but it wasn't mentioned what specifically.

Tempest Trials is getting some QoL enhancements:
-Stat boost and double EXP/SP during first 2 battles of the day (which are the triple score also)
-All bonus allies are 40% score boost; no more 20%.
-Stamina cost down
-Event will only last 10 days instead of 14; but the score thresholds will be reduced as they are for Mini TTs.

Finn from Thracia will be TT reward unit for the next TT on April 21st

-A bunch of characters got reduced from 4-5 rarity to 3-4 rarity. Essentially everyone who WAS 4-5 got bumped down except for Soleil, M!Morgan, L'Arachel, Tailtiu, and Sothe.
-These summon pool changes are live pretty much after the reset tonight.

Hero merit cap increased to 5000

-A second rotation of GHB revivals wil be introduced starting 11th: Legion, Valter, Berkut, Camus (!), Zephiel, Clarisse, Arvis.
-This runs alongside the current rotation of GHBs.
-All GHBs no longer consume stamina. This will also include Bound Hero Battles and Legendary Hero Battles.
-New GHB against Saias from Thracia on April 17th. Looks to be a blue tome infantry.

New mode: Grand Conquests. Some kind of faction-based territory claiming war mode. It uses the "large" style maps from Rival Domains. Uses its own stamina that refills at 1/hour (max of 8). Looks to have some kind of refill consumable too.
-Event kicks off on 4/13 at midnight PST.
-Everyone gets 20 orbs to kick off this event.

Gotta say I'm always impressed of the dev generosity with this game.

His statline is also not bad at all. Better than original Reinhardt in every stat by like 2-4 points except same in Speed, and while you can't say Rein has "good" defenses they are definitely passable. It just comes at the cost of 1-range.

It's a sword not a tome so not really better. Unless you put distant counter on him any blue mage or decent ranged unit can deal with him easily.

Forblaze gets Deathblow 3 on refine. Nameless Blade adds the Wo Dao effect (+10 dmg on special). So it gets to be Slaying + Wo Dao with legendary atk (16 mt). Neat. Both Fir and Lilina are now probably very relevant threats.

Lilina gets bumped to Celica levels of damage potential - without the HP penalty to boot.

This Reinhardt, outside of his meme status, isn't all that imposing. He has just enough bulk to run DC, though he has red, sword, and cavalry going against him. Tough to get that cavalry slot between Xander, Sigurd, Seigbert, or Eliwood. Not to mention that swords have to be careful with tanky spear users aplenty and units like Rhajat and Micaiah can likely 1 shot him or deal considerable damage - this time without his ability to natively retaliate. I think Olwen got a much better upgrade here and is honestly the best unit on the banner and ripe for a 4* downgrade as long as you can avoid her str bane.

Even money says a FE Echoes: Shadows of Thracia is on its way. I would be very much okay with this. Leif actually got close to how I thought levinblades may work.

But you're forgetting the biggest update here:

The summon pool starting to be fixed is YUGE. Slew of 4-5* characters getting demoted to 3-4*. No more Merric pity breaks. Aether is now available on a 3* level as is TA3. Big win by IS here.
