Essentially a contempt of court charge which I actually doubt they would pursue.

Failure to surrender, it's normally a very low level charge - small fine etc.
The swedes ended their investigation so he won't end up going there.

It's really if he ends up getting extradited after that.

I'd laugh a lot if Mueller ends up requesting it.

No but the fear of it is why he's been hiding out in a room in the Ecuadorian embassy for 7 years.

I'd also laugh a lot if he ends up just going back to Australia and doesn't get extradited, 7 years for what? lol.

With the current administration, I'd bet he would get hit with willful retention and transmission of national defense information, a felony. Some light sedition and espionage thrown in for good measure.
