    Dark Nation uses Haste on its first turn and passes its second turn. It cannot re-cast Haste more frequently than every 7 turns and cannot re-cast Dispel more frequently than every 4 turns. Rufus cannot re-cast Gatling or Flamethrower more frequently than every 3 turns and cannot re-cast Mako Cannon1 more frequently than every 4 turns (note that Mako Cannon2 is technically a separate ability and thus can be cast immediately following a Mako Cannon1, once it unlocks). Rufus always follows Mako Cannon1 with Shotgun. Rufus re-casts Mako Cannon2 a maximum of 4 turns after the last time he cast it.

    100% this, 3rd FF7 event just hit after this in JP and he STILL only has his SSB1, same as Angeal.

    That was literally my complaint on their survey. They have tons of characters that maybe have 1-2 SSB, and they're getting to the point that some characters are getting their second BSB while plenty dont have one at all. Though I can't complain too much... my favorite character just got mc3 and a burst this week.

    Rufus did ludicrous damage to me and I had to sent grim. The Ult++ was a pushover but did a fair amount of damage.

    Yeah, the first ultimate shadow flare is scripted at its t13. I only lost a damage taken medal so it's probably possible to go past t13 while still mastering if you mitigated more, but realistically it'd probably die before t13.

    Considering shadow flare does 9999 with full break + mbd and is spammed nearly every turn starting on turn 13, you wont be surviving long. Last stand and mblink can buy you a couple of turns for a clear, though you probably will be out at least 4 medals and not getting those sweet upgrade mats for mastering if you pull it off at that point.

    Rufus was actually more annoying than Ultima Weapon. Both done with A-Team:

    So I too had issues running up against the turn limit, getting Ultima anywhere from 20%-5% going in cold.

    Did h&r for a starting SB bar, and went in a little hot.

    Leon: Dark Bargain, Shout, Full Break, Armor BD, Burst Cmd 2. 9k/hit entry on Dark Knights Charge. Giddy. 72k gone in 3 seconds. Made the rest of the fight easy.
