Didn't see that part. I could ditch Y'shotola and use Vanille's burst for healing as well.

He resists ALL elements so I'm not sure nukes are the way to go (unless you mean multiple copies of Flare ).

Yeah but you need more than 1. I tried Imperils on Nemesis and one stack isn't enough and he'll resist. Need probably 3 stacks to see weakness and that means two different characters.

I used one Imperil Fire and I was still getting the resist message.

I'm pretty sure they're all the same. I'd try but I have no Holy Imperil atm, hopefully Banner 4 delivers.

All elements are 50% resisted on all versions of nemesis, so it would take 3 imperil stacks to not resist. If resist is going away with just 1 imperil, it sounds like there is either a bug, or the non-elemental option of an SB is taking effect which is not resisted.

after trying out several different comps and failing miserably i think i might have to hold out for phase 5 and blow the rest of my stash for a chance at vanille's BSB, doesn't seem winnable without it

then again i also don't have OK BSB native either so maybe i should just write this one off, lol

Since I haven't tried yet, how's the damage spike between the last difficulty and the one prior? While I did the earlier stages, only issue I had at 180 or whatever was an ill-timed Ultima counter and natural AoE combo.

At weak phase (<40%HP) Omega every 3rd turn (or sooner depending on RNG) hits the target with highest HP for 99999 that cannot be mitigated. Pretty much need Last Stand, Reraise, or abuse Galuf's Peerless (SSB) buff to have it target a full hp character.

And if not properly mitigated, Boundless Armageddon will kill you outright as well. Wall + Pro/Shel + Full Break + Breakdown and maybe you cut it down to 3.5-4k. An additional mitigation layer can cut it down to 2.2-2.5k.

the back to back to back to back+ ultrasparks also pretty much guarantees most or all of your party will get slowed even wearing slow resist accessories, and at that point he gets about 4-5 actions to your one. this fight is incredibly fun

I put on Moderate/Major resist accessories and almost never had a slow proc, and when it did it was only on like on person.

I will say Boundless Armageddon tops 3500 damage with mitigation, so be prepared for that shit.
