Also, watching Datto's latest video, he says that 40% of players should be in Fabled and above. So as long as you're better than a little more than half the playerbase at PvP, the pulse should be doable.

Mostly unrelatedly, I just realized I never finished unlocking the crucible helm ornament this season, if anyone would like to join me this week for some competitive PvP.

I'm looking to come back when DLC drops? Is there anything new I should know so if I need to come back sooner to get certain gear or weapons?

Off the top of my head, I don't believe so.. I don't think there's anything apart from cosmetics you won't be able to get past next week. IB is next week and will presumably have all the weapons for sale, if any of this season's weapons stand out to you. Don't know if those will become​ random drops next season or not. Easier to buy them with tokens than relying on rng though.

Talk about exotic investment and masterworks -- have to find an exotic catalyst for each exotic (drop in different places/ways), need to apply the catalyst to make it like masterwork legendaries, and then complete objectives to unlock the real upgrade. They won't be revealing how to unlock any of this, they're leaving it up to the community.
They have a video for Tractor Cannon, Hardlight, and Borealis (I think we've seen tractor cannon already, soo..)



Ranked -- resetting the 'skill bucket', so it'll be a free-for-all at first (hi2u pub-stomping~). Also, to deal with premade fireteams, the larger your fireteam, the higher the skill level of your opponents over you -- IE, if you're a 4 stack, your opponents will be much higher skill to counteract the advantage that fireteams have over solo players. Soooooo solo play it is!

Final IB of the season -- control again, 6v6, last chance to earn ornaments this season. Also, only 6v6 control next season.

• QoL UI changes coming with Warmind like a new inventory tab for quest items like the Weapon Quests (Rat King/Acrius) that currently take a Weapon Slot
• Data recovery points to be tracked on the area maps (Mars has 45 btw)
• Mars recovery points unlock a "Golden Age Vault"
• New ship model is actually something that has been in the tower since launch but unattainable
• Season 4 in September
