Trying to help my brother complete the Rat King quest. Does one of us have to have the weapon equipped for it to count? We've run a few pvp matches for the step before Nightfall and he's not getting credit. I've got the completed weapon

Yes.

One other person needs the quest or gun equipped for it to count. All steps.

Is he on that step? It should work as long as you're both in a fire team together and actually on that step. You have to do patrols(I think) on titan first.

Seems like they get to 80+ skull stacks, burn legendary heavy ammo as soon as they're on the plate (kudos to camera guy who reloads his launcher with Rally Barricade), then hold Coldheart on Calus for the rest. And you are running with us tonight sir!

It will be a while for me to raid (maybe next week or 2), but I would like to have my friend join me since he's new to Destiny. We'll try to be as prepared as possible.

Just a heads up that if I'm not on at 8est it's because my power is out. Getting lots of rain and trees are falling down. Currently without power and I don't know when they'll get it back up.

I beat it with LotusEater and ArrowPointer (two of my friends from PS3 days). I'm pretty sure WeirdWargasm, another one of my PS3 friends, has beaten it as well.

I'm on now if anyone needs me for anything. I'll stay free for about an hr or so (you can message me when you get on if you need me 6souls), but if no one needs me by that point, I think I'm gonna devote myself to trials to get a flawless before reset.
