So over at the remains of gawker gizmodo media group. Sport site Deadspin.com had its editor fired because they didn't stick to sports.
https://twitter.com/barry/status/1189224064788979712
This comes after reports leaked that Deadspin was told to stick to sports by their vulture capitalist overlords https://www.thedailybeast.com/go-med...tick-to-sports
They (The capitalist overlords) also required the use of ads that auto played when you visited the website and deleted a post from several of the sites (lifehacker, kotaku, av, the root, gizmodo, etc...) https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/9...d-autoplay-ads
Anyway I bring you the best deadspin post of 2019

Bill Maher has completely lost it. He's agreeing with an anti vaxxer.

Bill's been an anti-vaxxer from the get-go, unless I'm getting my dipshits confused.
You aren't. He's a mirror of Shapiro.
Fox News had an interview segment with a military dog trainer to discuss the role Conan the dog played in the al-Baghdadi operation. The guest ended the interview with “and Epstein didn’t kill himself.” Amazing.
dipshit author that thinks trump is 'the new FDR' mistakes CIA officers bitching about cabinet level briefings as political correctness meetings.

Trump affair accuser Karen McDougal is suing Fox News for defamation.
Karen McDougal is suing Fox News over comments made by Tucker Carlson.
The primetime host compared her situation to “extortion” on Dec. 10, 2018, referencing her and adult film star Stormy Daniels, who similarly made claims of an affair with Trump: “Two women approached Donald Trump and threatened to ruin his career and humiliate his family if he doesn’t give them money. Now, that sounds like a classic case of extortion.”
McDougal’s lawsuit, filed in New York Thursday, says all of Carlson’s statements about McDougal are “untrue,” but takes particular issue with his framing them as “undisputed” facts on a show he advertises as the “sworn enemy of the lying.” The suit says McDougal never approached Trump and threatened him for money, as Carlson suggested on air.
A representative for the network told TheWrap, “Fox News will vigorously defend Tucker Carlson against these meritless claims.”
Sinclair to drop Boris and other political communcators to focus on local investigation.

Sinclair Broadcast Group is axing one of its biggest stars, Boris Epshteyn, the network's chief political analyst and a former special assistant to President Donald Trump. The move is part of a company-wide effort to move away from political commentary in favor of investigative journalism, the network said Wednesday.
“We have to shine a light on our value proposition every quarter hour, in every newscast," the company said in a statement to its staff. "Therefore, we will be expanding our local investigative journalism footprint in our daily newscasts. We are excited to dedicate more time in our newscasts to report on critical and relevant issues.”
“To allot additional airtime for this storytelling, we will be ending the commentary segments this Friday, Dec. 13, featuring Ameshia Cross, and Boris Epshteyn,” the memo continued.
Epshteyn’s political commentary has been widely criticized. In a piece last year about immigration on the Southern border, Epshteyn used the word "invasion" to describe the influx of migrants. Sinclair was forced to post a tweet that the viewpoint did not represent the company’s views and that it is "committed to fair, unbiased journalism across our stations nationwide."

Alex Jones is ordered to pay an additional $100k in legal fees after his defense team fails to comply with a court order to share information.
In a 20 December ruling, Judge Scott Jenkins of Travis County District Court in Texas said Mr Jones and his lawyer had intentionally disregarded an October court order to produce witnesses and other materials to the plaintiff in the lawsuit, Neil Heslin, US media report.
The judge said their failure to co-operate "should be treated as contempt of court". In two separate orders issued the same day, the judge told Mr Jones to pay $65,825 and $34,323 in lawyer fees incurred by Mr Heslin.
Added to an earlier October order against Infowars, Mr Jones and Infowars have been ordered to pay $126,023.80 over the case, even before it reaches trial, reports say.
Can we have that judge reside over the Trump impeachment trial?
