I've had some pretty damn good luck with lucky WHM pulls lately. I went 5/11 on the nightmare pull a couple of weeks ago and today I went 4/11.
Penelo and Aerith ultras and 2 dupe Aerith bursts.
I'm actually happy with the dupe bursts since I didn't have many mage weapons for VII. I hadn't pulled a rod or staff for VII since my very first pull when I started playing the game.
Also, I can't really call her Mehnelo anymore since I have 4/5 SBs for her and the only one I'm missing is her AoE holy and +res unique.

Lol yup, I'm in the same boat with Penelo. I'm pretty much using her all the time after LDs blessed me with her Burst and Ultra and she also has +10 MND from the SSB. But I also got Larsa's BSB not too long ago so she has competition even in FFXII teams now.

summer fest pull tally so far:
4 pulls, 175 mithrils, relevant relics:
Celes BSB2
Vanille BSB
I'd say they were sorta worth it. 125 mithrils left for bsb+ LD, Banner1, banner 3, and possibly throw real hard earned money at banner 4. Banner 5 if i have anything left for possible chance at wall.
