Am I happy with this? I think I am. The LMR is useless because I have nothing else for Fran. Arc's BSB seems lackluster, but it gives me a healing BSB for that realm. Lulu's USB seems weak as well unless I LD her (can the double cast from LDM proc on top of Lulu's 2x cast for 2x use on witch abilities? I assumed so since it cost 2 uses) but ice is very weak for me so at least this gives me something besides Sarah's BSB1.

With the ability buffs coming next week, Lulu can turn into an entrust target if you run 2x R3 Chain Blizzaga. Yea the Legend Dive would be beneficial to her, like any mage. Does not cost 2 uses. You're thinking of Shantotto and Edea USB. Those require a lot of Witch ability hones.

Her USB triggers x2 cast on witch abilities at the cost of x2 uses, that is what I was referring to. What I was curious about is whether each of those can potentially proc with her LDm x2 for a quad cast on a witch ability

Lulu's USB doesn't have Dualcast Witch though. She has a Dualcast Ice Legend Materia but that's it. Edea and Shantotto are the only ones so far with Vivi joining soon (for Black Magic obviously).
