Whats the deal with the big breaks in between episodes lately? Also, I am thoroughly enjoying Bortus being the comic relief this season.

March Madness explains the most current break
"She speaks with the might of a hundred soldiers!"
Never thought I'd hear Dolly Parton described as such, but, the Orville finds a way. Marina Sirtis cameo is a big +; biggest they've had so far, I believe. I do sort of hope this is the culmination of the Moclan story though; there have to be other races and stories they can move on to instead of always bringing up how shitty their view of women are.
Go Dolly.
Also of note, Jonathan Frakes directed this episode.
Edit: And other notable guest spots
Liam Neeson
Charlize Theron
Bruce Willis (uncredited)
Tim Russ
Robert Picardo
well stuff is about to get a bit timey whimey.
I kept waiting for Ed to bring up a 3-some. Would have been hilarious.
I mean hell, I totally would have brought it up if it were me. With not one, but TWO Adrianne Palicki. Just sayin.
Soooooo wtf?
This is twice the timeline has been fucked up. Does this series follow a singular time line, or are we multiverse? Also like Ed said. "I do not want to get into a time travel theory discussion."
I think for the purposes of this show, we just don't worry about it. Like Ed.
It's called the "Road Not Taken" so it's very possible.
My comment was also made before I saw the last scene D:
The crew must contend with the disastrous fallout from Kelly's decision.
Ya, there's not going to leave that one alone, but not exactly sure what the end result will be.
That being said, the Augmented VR game segment was spot on and a riot to watch. Loved it.
Best part of the episode. Spoiler for not mobile friendly size.
Spoiler: show
Yeah, that shit was gold.
Also, the only thing that bothered me is that I think that 7 years may not have been enough for her to be THAT different... but w/e I know that's when they met etc.
A youngish 20something is way different than a young 30something imo. 7 years is a long time.

I guess it depends on how old they are. Since we don't really know but going from LT to Captain of a ship usually takes more than 7 years anyways. But sci-fi etc yeah yeah.
Not bad finale, wish it was not so rushed. So many star wars references.
