I'm so happy she's finally gone. Everytime she appeared on something I watch like ATH or PTI I could barely watch it or turned it off. When SC6 comes on now I just watch the replay of ath and pti instead of that garbage.

Mike Patrick retired
Michael Smith is also leaving the 6pm Sportscenter. Today will be his final day. He is still with ESPN. No word yet on his replacement.
Former ESPN president John Skipper, who resigned last December citing a substance abuse problem, is now saying in a Hollywood Reporter interview that he did not actually have a substance abuse problem. He claims he was a casual cocaine user, and his dealer was threatening him, his family, and ESPN with an extortion plot for more money. Instead of going along with it (or to the police), Skipper says he met with Disney CEO Bob Iger who agreed it would be best for Skipper and ESPN if he resigned immediately. In the meantime, Skipper says he has undergone treatment and wants to reenter sports media in a consulting role.
Is there such a thing as a casual user of cocaine? That would explain a lot of the last few years there.
ESPN is cancelling SportsNation. High Noon will move from 12pm EST to 4pm EST and shrink to 30 minutes as a replacement. The 12pm EST spot will be filled with Sportscenter. SportsNation’s final episode will be August 24th, while the switchover won’t happen until mid September following conclusion of the US Open and the LLWS.
I've never watched it before. Is it a big loss?
The Big Bang Theory also won Emmy's.
Not that I can tell.
Nah they 're making spinoffs. YOUNG SHELDOOOOOON
No, they are actually in talks to do another season, it’s currently set to run through 2022. And the main cast makes around $900k per episode. The longer the show goes on and the older the characters get, the less funny and more sad it becomes. At first it was like nerdy late bloomers learning how to have social lives—now it’s sad 40 somethings trying to act like they are in their 20s and have never adulted before. Bazinga!
As long as Highly Questionable is still there. I also wanna see High Noon cuz I like Bomani and Pablo, but that noon slot sucked
ESPN has bought out Jemele Hill’s contract; her last day is this Friday. Good riddance.
A week after Michelle Beadle proclaimed on air that she is “done with football” after the Urban Meyer stuff, ESPN is moving her off “Get Up!” to hosting more NBA programming. Cause it’s probably not a good idea to have someone hosting your morning sports recap show who has proclaimed they don’t watch football.
