Spoiler: show
He's missing a sword. Kinda not a small detail lol
If Geralt has 1 sword we riot.

In the books he doesn't carry both swords on his person.
But I guess in the books he only carries on and the horse keeps the other.
Edit: FU 6souls
Man is this whole thing ends up being video game players complaining about a detail, and book readers going nah that's how it's supposed to be, this series will become more insufferable than the community around GoT around season 6 lol

I think they made a mistake choosing to follow the books as I can assure you thats not the audience this is attracting, but at the same time it'll be interesting to see how it was originally planned to play out. Side note, as someone whos read books then watched their movies based on it, bound to be a lot of bullshit not in the books anyway.
But yah I agree, I'm just going to watch Witch Hunter Gary and try to bury any preconceived notions I have of it as best I can.
Dont worry, by season 3 hell have both swords on his back, a wicked beard, and a buncha scars on his pretty face.

be not afraid unicorn-supported plowing originates in the novels
the games take place directly after the novels in fact, they can be read as one big prequel. you see how Geralt and Yennefer met, how he adopted Ciri, why he's titled 'of Rivia' despite not being from Rivia, the wars that led to the Scoia'tael, et cetera et cetera.
I’m glad they explained how Geralt became a knight of Rivia in Blood & Wine because I was wondering all the time when I was playing Witcher 3.
